I set up People Solutions in 1996 having worked in people management for many years. I combine in-depth expertise in consulting and interim management, which means you benefit from both my specialist skill and ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and to deliver practical results.

My particular strengths are diagnosing people issues, designing and implementing effective solutions, and helping people to develop and change their own attitudes and behaviours – at an organisation or individual level – so as to achieve enduring change that is embedded into the structure and culture of your organisation.

I work with large and small companies as well as the public and not-for-profit sectors. I draw upon a pool of knowledge and understanding to determine what will work, and then use the most appropriate techniques to suit your specific situation.

For most assignments you will be working with me personally. Sometimes with your agreement I may also bring in colleagues from a trusted network of experts.

My own personal development has included a wide range of HR, training, and general business topics, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching, conflict resolution, and psychometrics such as OPQ and MBTI.
